The Giant Panda is one of the world most recognisable animals with its black and white markings. As a member of the bear family, the Panda is also one of the worlds most endangered species. Experts estimate their numbers to be around 3,000 and which is restricted to only a few regions of China. Panda bears primarily feed on bamboo. When eating, they stand on their hind paws so that their front paws can hold their food.
